Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Out & About Wine Tours- Swan Valley & Margaret River Specialist:

100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.

Australian Wine Tour Company:

Cancellation fees apply to all bookings as follows: Between 7 and 14 days before tour date : 25% fee. Between 2 and 6 days before tour date : 50% fee. There will be no refund if a passenger seeks to cancel a booking within 48 hours of a tour date. Australian Wine Tour Company will consider a request that a booking be transferred to a later tour date rather than being cancelled, but it may refuse such a request at its discretion.

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. 100% fee applies to services cancelled within 24 hours of departure.

Outback Ballooning:

Cancellations Passengers will not be given a refund if they: • cancel their ballooning tour within 24 hours of departure • “no show” on the morning of the tour • suffer “cold feet” on the launch field No fee is charged for cancellations more than 24 hours before the flight.
